WORKSHOP DETAILS:
This interactive and inspiring workshop is a blend of teachings, written exercises, and one-on-one help in navigating your struggles around anxiety and self-worth. It will be a small group setting to create community and allow for deeper work. The workshop concludes with a restorative guided meditation, including sound therapies and acupressure (acupuncture if desired), to help you integrate what you’ve learned. You’ll need to bring a journal/notebook, yoga mat and whatever else you need to be comfortable for the meditation (i.e. pillow, blanket) if you choose to lie down (seated is also an option). |
