Mindfulness + Meditation
Have you ever tried to meditate and felt like it was an impossible task? Do you feel overwhelmed by your thoughts? How are you supposed to silence your mind, anyway? Meditation might not be what you think. Meditative and mindfulness practices are actually more about observing the mind and the happenings in our lives without becoming quite so caught up in it all. We help our patients learn simple meditative techniques and ways to incorporate mindfulness into your daily life (without sitting on a cushion for an hour a day in silence).
