Focus, Prioritize, Make Shit Happen

We actually don't "make" anything happen. There's nothing here to control. BUT we need to talk about focusing and prioritizing in order to ALLOW and CREATE what we want. Here is a step-by-step process, meditation and insights for you all centered around this theme.

FOCUS IS A MATTER OF PRIORITIZATION THROUGH THE PROFOUND ELIMINATION OF DISTRACTIONS

Ya feel me? At the time of writing this, it's February. February is the energetic dreamtime. It's as we're waking up into a new year (the Chinese New Year is toward the end of January). It's as we're moving from the darkness of winter to the light and new life of spring.

As we move into a new phase of life, we need to take some time to dream about what we want. In the video below you'll hear me say that dreaming IS an act of doing. We all try so damn hard to make things happen but we neglect the most important action of all: DREAMING about what we want, how we want things to be, who we are as our future selves. Don't neglect this.


PROCESSES FOR FOCUSING + PRIORITIZING

Take a moment to catch your breath. 
Settle in to this moment exactly as it is. 
Let yourself accept everything as it is.
Now what?
Ask yourself: what do I want?
What do you want RIGHT NOW, not in 5 months or 5 years. 

You have to be really honest with yourself.
Do you want a break? Do you need some help? Do you need more sleep? Do you need to make a decision you've been avoiding? Do you need to confront something or someone?

If life would rearrange exactly as it needed to in order to fulfill your desire/need/want, what would you ask for?

Guess what? It will rearrange. 

But what if I don't know what I want?

You ALWAYS know what you want, but sometimes it gets REALLY hard to hear or sense it because shit like this is constantly floating around in our minds:
It's too hard, it's not possible, I can't do that, Who am I to do that?, No one will help me, I'll offend someone, I can't take a break, I won't be supported, blah blah blah.

It's those thoughts that keep us trapped.

When you know what you want, get drastic with your boundaries
Once you have an idea of what you want right now, whatever the next best thing for you is...
​
(keep it as small or as big as you feel is appropriate, like "I need to meal prep so I stop freaking out about not having food ready" or "I'm ready to build my f-ing empire" or anything in between)

... then PRIORITIZE.

Eliminate EVERYTHING this month that doesn't align with what you want/need.
Get CRYSTAL clear.
Set hard boundaries.

Do a hard flush on all that crap. Make your life empty around the sides so you can stay focused on your path. Cut the noise (in your mind and around you). Let yourself be alone or in the quiet of the boundaries you've set. Once you create this space, you'll regain so much clarity and peace to assist you in moving ahead.
