I never gave a rip about aesthetics, beauty standards or skincare.
I’ve always had pretty flawless (albeit dry) skin and looked far younger than I am. So, who cares about skincare then? Well, as my 35th birthday was approaching, that changed. I noticed my face looked different. It had been sneaking up on me, but the changes were becoming more obvious. Not in a good way, mind you, and I was not at all stoked by this.
So then I had to play catch up and figure out what the F to do to help myself.

I used the same approach that I have used in the past any time my health or well-being needed help. I looked for the most legit, holistic and natural way to stop and even reverse this breaking down process we call aging.
I’m not into “anti-aging,” either, so don’t get it confused. It’s more like I know that everything is connected when it comes it our health, and so I play dot-to-dot trying to understand the root causes of what I'm dealing with and how to help myself.
