Our bodies are conduits of powerful medicine. How can you tap into yours and activate the healing flow? ↡↡
One modality I use at my practice for patients is cupping. I have a reverence for it- it is sacred to me. Because of this, I think we get otherworldly kinds of results. The word exorcism comes to mind- let's demystify that, though, because it may not be what you think! Cupping is the ancient practice of using suction to dispel yuck and stagnation from the body (mind/spirit, too). The badass flame part is what we use to generate the suction, but the cups aren't hot! Stagnation= blood, lymph, seen and unseen congested energy. Injury? Stagnation. Heartache? Stagnation. Psychological Trauma? Stagnation. Fear? Stagnation. The list goes on. This is what we get to e x o r c i s e. I generally introduce cupping (and gua sha) midway through your treatment program- after you're feeling stabilized and at the point where you ready for the next level of release and elevation. My patients have a reverence for it, too! They'll journal beforehand, set intentions, and take the evening afterward to themselves for rest and clearing. So, yea, not your average cupping sesh. 😊 I would love to help you activate your inner medicine and heal. If you are interested in learning more about cupping or how I use it in my practice, feel free to reach out! I would love to chat with you to see if you are a good fit. I also have a video on my YouTube channel all about it! >> Cupping as an Exorcism
